About our 10kW machine

Our Bystronic ByStar fiber laser is capable of cutting material up to 30mm thick with a maximum sheet size of 3m x 1.5m. Its powerful 12kW output allows for phenomenal cutting speeds of up to 60 metres per minute allowing for an exceptionally fast turnaround on your orders. The state-of-the-art equipment also features innovative spot controlled cutting head technology for optimum quality across the entire thickness & material range.

Nitro Cutting Services

No finishing processes required- ideal for powder coating & welding.

Our 12kW machine comes equipped with the capability to nitro cut your mild steel components up to 15mm thick. Previously, edge quality may have suffered due to the restricted capabilities of CO2 laser technology. With the power of our 12kW fiber machine this is no longer the case.

The nitro cutting process is ideal if you require a premium finish on your parts as it leaves no oxide edge, creating the ideal base for any secondary finishing operations you may require.

How long will my order take to process?

We aim to turnaround customer orders within as little as 24 hours. Our lead times are however, subject to capacity, material availability & order specification.

What is your maximum sheet size?

We are equipped with three state-of-the-art fibre lasers within the Accurate Laser group with a maximum sheet size of 4m x 2m.

What is the maximum thickness you can laser cut?

We have the very latest fibre technology on-site to process aluminium up to 30mm, 30mm stainless steel, 25mm mild steel, 15mm brass & 12mm copper.

Can I supply my own material?

Yes, we are happy to work from your free issue materials providing they are within our processing capabilities.
